MR. MAHESH KUMAR AGARWAL Chairman

Mr. Mahesh Kumar Agarwal is the Chairman of the Company and is in FMCG / FMCD business for the last 40 years with vast knowledge and experience in this industry. He is the founder of the Company and other group companies. He is also involved as Developer / Promoter in Real Estate.

MR. SHUBHAM AGARWAL Managing Director

Mr. Shubham Agarwal, an alumni of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and a Chartered Accountant is the Managing Director of the Company who will be looking after the day to day affairs of the business. An ex- Ernst & Young employee joined the family business in the year 2018 with a vision to take the Group Companies to greater heights.

MR. MAYANK MANSINGH Chief Executing Officer

Mr. Mayank Mansingh, CEO of the Company, has an experience in operations, sales & marketing for more than 41 years out of which 27 years has been with the present “EAGLE” brand. He is well versed in formulating and implementation of an aggressive Marketing Strategy covering distribution channels, dealer network, retail network, advertising and sales promotions. He has worked extensively in most major markets in the Country and having a first-hand knowledge of the industry. He has been handling a large sales force as well as a large number of commercial people and have been able to motivate them to achieve the company objectives.

MR. S. KRISHNAN Assistant General Manager

Mr. S Krishnan, Assistant General Manager – Sales & Marketing, has an experience of 38 years in sales & marketing and for more than 28 years with the present “EAGLE” brand. He is well-versed in handling large number of trade partners as well as large sales force and motivating them to achieve Company’s objectives. He has worked in all southern markets especially Tamil Nadu.

The Eagle Group, erstwhile led by the then Padamsee family, is a diversified network of autonomous organizations established in 1893 with commercial interests in vacuum flasks, other FMCG and home products, marketing, distribution, logistics, financial services and real estate.

Presently, the Eagle brand has been acquired by the Agarwal family under EAGLE CONSUMER PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED (ECPPL) led by Mr. Mahesh Kumar Agarwal (Chairman) & Mr. Shubham Agarwal (Managing Director).

Date of Incorporation: 25^th January,2021.

Timeline of Events:

Eagle Consumer Products Private Limited was assigned Intellectual Property with respect to Trademarks, Patents, Pending Patents and Designs of Eagle Flask Industries Private Limited, Eagle Home Appliances Private Limited and Eagle Gaz And Appliances Private Limited vide Registered Deed of Assignment dated 1st March 2021.

The company has 4 Regional offices and many area offices. Eagle has potential network of 400 distributors who in turn service 12500 retailers across the country.

Apart from the domestic production, which, is monitored by well-qualified experienced staff, we also import from China to the same high quality under the guidance of Eagle employees based at China. The Company has very stringent quality control check to ensure that best reaches to our loyal customers across the country.

The objective of the company is to cater the Indian and overseas market with fast moving consumer durable such as Flask, Casseroles, Electrical Appliances, Kitchenware, and other allied products under one umbrella brand. Promoters wish to Eagle fly high with the support of the existing and future channel partners.

Our core expertise lies in procurement and marketing of extremely innovative, cost effective and quality flasks, some of them are RED SLEEK, ECO STEEL in the vacuum insulated category.
